GreenCyber / Privacy

What we collect, and what we do not.

Short, because it needs to be read rather than filed. We advise organisations on privacy for a living, so this page is held to the standard we would apply to a client.

What is collected

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your work email address, your organisation, your role and what you tell us is prompting the enquiry. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing is inferred and added.

Why

To reply to you and to carry out the work you are enquiring about. That is the whole purpose. This site runs no marketing sequence and adds nobody to a list without being asked.

Who sees it

The senior team, and the service providers that host this site. Nobody else. We do not sell personal information, we do not trade it, and we do not pass it to partners, brokers or vendors. There is no referral arrangement behind anything on this site.

Tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross site tracking. Where a visit arrives from an advertisement, the platform may record that the click converted, which tells us the advertisement worked and does not tell us who you are.

How long, and your rights

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for two years after our last contact, then deleted. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to advisory@greencyber.ai, and we will act inside thirty days.

Green Cyber Advisory Pty Ltd handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
